The position of Appointment Setter is to call and email businesses anywhere between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday-Friday through the provided CRM. The Appointment Setters job is to solicit contact with business owners in an attempt to set an appointment for the local Senior Account Executive to give a sales pitch at a later date. Leads will be provided by the Canvasser Position and through other lead generating sources. It is also the job of the Appointment Setter to update all interactions into the CRM system as well as continue follow ups with prospects in order to set appointments for the SAE. 

The position of Canvasser is to drive to businesses between the hours of 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm Monday-Friday for a total of 40 hours per week. The Canvassers job is to solicit contact with business owners in an attempt to set an appointment for the local Senior Account Executive to give a sales pitch at a later date. Upon each interaction if they are unsuccessful, they are to gather as much pertinent sales information as possible in order for the Canvasser or an Appointment Setter to set the appointment later. It is also the job of the Canvasser to update all interactions into the CRM system as well as continue follow ups with prospects in order to set appointments for the SAE.
